1. Introduction
Please read these General Terms and Conditions prior to using our website www.letsjackpot.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
By using or accessing any section of the Website you agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms"):
1.1. Definitions
You will see the following terms used in the rules:
- "Bonus" covers all promotional offers that provide a tangible reward, including but not limited to: welcome offers, reload bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins/bonuses and cashbacks.
- The "Games" are the Casino and the Live Casino. We may remove or add Games to the Site at any time.
- The "Rules" are the terms, conditions and rules that you agree to when using the Site.

- "We" The Site is operated by LetsJackpot.
- "You" means the user of the Site. "Your" has its usual meaning in relation to you.
- "Your Account" means your player account on the Site.
2. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
To play the Games on the Site, you must be:

Apart from the aforementioned Excluded Jurisdictions, please note that some of the software providers represented at our Website prohibit customers from certain jurisdictions from placing bets or using their respective software, as listed in Section "Additional Territorial Restrictions" of these General Terms and Conditions. By accessing such software, you warrant that you are not a citizen or resident of such jurisdictions.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
3.1 In order to access all of the functions of our website, you must have a personal account on the website.
3.2 Your account on the website must be registered solely in your own name. Only one account per person, per address, per telephone number/email address, per IP address is allowed. If any other accounts are opened on the Website, they will be considered "Duplicate Accounts. You must not open Duplicate Accounts, including by providing false information or alternative information. If you attempt to open Duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right not only to terminate all or some of your accounts without compensation, but also to impose the following sanctions every action taken under a Duplicate Account is deemed invalid, any promotions in which the Duplicate Account participated will be canceled; any winnings received in the Duplicate Account will be canceled. Any payments already processed will also be canceled and returned to the Company, The Duplicate Account will be closed without reopening.
3.3 You must both keep your login/username and password confidential and not disclose this information to any third party. You are solely responsible for any activity and/or transactions made using your account. Any party who logs into your account using the correct username and password will be considered to be you, so any transactions will be considered valid, i.e., completed by you. We will not be liable for third party access to your account or for any loss that is associated with unauthorized use of your account; any such unauthorized use will be deemed by us to be your own use.
3.4 You may not sell or transfer your account to any other person, or buy or take possession of another person's account. You acknowledge that any attempt to do so will be void and will be deemed a violation of these General Terms and Conditions. This restriction includes (but is not limited to) a complete prohibition on the transfer of anything of value, for example, account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, and the rights and/or ability to attribute, whether legal, commercial or otherwise, associated with those benefits. The prohibition of the above transfer includes (but is not limited to) encumbrance, contribution, assignment, usufruct, trade, mortgage and/or gift in association with a fiduciary or any third party, company, individual or entity, organization and/or in association with them in any manner.
3.5 You may not use anyone else's login and password to access the Site.
3.6 It is your responsibility to keep your own account information up to date. You must also notify us immediately of any changes to your registration information.
3.7 Account deletion: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer service, but the following conditions will apply.
3.8 You may close your account only if there is no positive or negative cash balance and no current withdrawal requests.
3.9 If you intend to close your account with a positive balance or/and pending withdrawal requests, all funds in your account will be canceled, and you will be refunded the last amount deposited.
Request Self-Exclusion: We will help you close your account if you send a support request to www.letsjackpot.co.uk. Please note again section 3.7 above, namely what conditions apply to such closing requests. It is also your responsibility to notify the Company of any of your other accounts on our site and to refrain from opening new accounts. The Company will use its best efforts to prevent the opening of new accounts, but you are solely responsible for ensuring that no other accounts are created. The Company is not responsible for any potential losses on other accounts. We will not be liable for any damages that may potentially be caused by gambling.
3.10 We reserve the right, without prior notice or justification, both to refuse to open an account and to close an existing account.
3.11 We reserve the right to deny opening of an account or close an existing account without prior notice or justification. Close your account with the Website and stop using its services.
4. General Rules for You
4.1 You must register and play on Your own behalf only and not on behalf of anyone else.
4.2 You must keep Your login details (Name, Password or other identifying information) secure and not share them with anyone. If you share it, even unintentionally, you are responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account. We accept no responsibility for any money or information lost due to unauthorized use of Your Account resulting from improper use of Your login information. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You keep Your data confidential and it is Your responsibility to secure any linked email address, personal computer or other device on which Your Player Account is accessed. You are fully responsible for any misuse of Your login information or devices. You can track Your last login and logout times from Your Account. If you believe that Your credentials have been disclosed to a third party, you must notify Us immediately so that We can provide You with a new password. Unless due to Our negligence, any unauthorized use of Your credentials and any unauthorized use of Your Account are Your sole responsibility and will be considered Your own use.
4.3 You must keep Your registration information and account details up to date at all times.
4.4 If You become aware that any of the information provided at registration or on Your Account is incorrect, You must notify us immediately or amend Your information immediately.
4.5 It is your responsibility to find out whether your activity on the Site is legal in the country or territory from which you are playing.
4.6 Only one account is allowed on this Site. If you have more than one account, you must notify us immediately.
4.7 Only one account per household is allowed. If you become aware that there is more than one account in your household, you must inform us immediately.
4.8 You may play any game on the Site, as long as you have sufficient money in your Account.
4.9 You may not transfer or receive funds from one Account to another and/or transfer, sell or buy Accounts.
4.10 You agree that we may verify that you are who you say you are. You agree to provide us with any documents we request to prove your registration information and payment details, such as (by way of example only) a copy of your passport, utility bills, bank statements, or any other documents proving your source of funds as may be required.
4.11 You may not use any error or technical vulnerability to your advantage. We will be entitled to void and reclaim any winnings obtained in this manner.
4.12 You will not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other illegal activity in connection with your (or any third party's) use of the Site. You will not use any software assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices to facilitate your participation in the Games on the Website.
4.13 You agree that we may also share your information with other persons or companies in accordance with our Privacy Policy in order to carry out our business and to provide you with the Site.
4.14 You agree that all deposits/withdrawals made to/from your player account will be made to/from a bank account(s), debit/credit card(s) or other payment option available in your country, which belong solely to you and are in your name, and that you will not deposit any funds from criminal, fraudulent or other unauthorized means or activities
5. What We Can Do
5.1 We can refuse to open an account for any reason.
5.2 We can suspend or close your account for any breach or suspected breach of this Agreement or other valid reason. Upon closure of Your Account, the available balance in Your Account will be paid to you in a timely manner and no longer than 5 working days, unless there is a reason for such funds to be withheld.
5.3 Whilst we understand that mistakes and typos happen, if we find the information given at the time of registration to be incorrect, this gives us the right to close Your Account and keep any applicable funds in it. Likewise, if you fail to pass any personal identification verification procedures we will also close your account and withhold any winnings.
5.4 If you try to open any other account, on top of your first account, we will block or close the account. We may also block or close your first account. If we leave your first account open your remaining deposits from any other accounts, if any, will be transferred to your first account. We will deduct a reasonable administrative fee of 10% (minimum €30 or currency equivalent) for every other account opened. We may also deduct further fees under these Rules.
5.5 If we find there is more than one account registered for your household we will block or close any accounts for that household.
5.6 We may share your personal and payment information with other people or businesses, in line with our Privacy Policy, to check that you are who you say you are and for any verification procedures that we require.
5.7 We do not give credit, outside of bonuses or campaigns as permitted according to law. Any balance on Your Account will not bear interest. We will not be treated as a financial institution.
5.8 If you are found to be using the Website in any way for which it is not intended, to be fun and recreational, we will adjust Your Account to remove any money gained from such activity and the account may be permanently closed.
5.9 We may refuse, terminate or limit any bet or wager for any reason in line with our internal policies and regulation.
5.10 If we suspect that you are involved in illegal or fraudulent activities relating to your use of the Site (or a third parties use of the Site) or are in trouble with creditors or are involved in any other behavior detrimental to the Site, we may freeze or close Your Account and /or cancel stakes.
5.11 We offer fair, open and transparent progressive jackpots on specific games for players who use its services for entertainment purposes only. In cases where We suspect that a game's or promotion's intended spirit is abused. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel entirely your access to the game in question. Should We find it necessary, we may also close your account with immediate effect. Where Your Account has been terminated, we shall not be liable for any losses up to the point the account was closed, nor will We consider any refunds on balances remaining on the account. 'Abuse' is defined as but not limited to software-aided play on multiple games concurrently to generate more rounds of a game that could not be done naturally by a human player playing alone. Also the practice of 'cherry-picking' games with 'value' jackpots, to the rank exclusion of all other games, will be considered an abuse of the spirit in which the jackpot is intended. In all cases where abuse has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt, We retain the right to confiscate all of the winnings and any balance remaining on the account.
5.12 All transactions will be monitored and/or reviewed to prevent money laundering according to the relevant Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
6. ACCOUNT BALANCE, DEPOSITING AND WITHDRAWING FUNDS
6.1 Making deposits
When you select a payment method, you agree to the terms of that payment method and accept any fees or service charges that apply to deposits and withdrawals you make through those payment methods, and you acknowledge that the payment method is valid, that the account or payment card belongs to you and that you have the right to use that payment method.
It is illegal to deposit money that has been obtained illegally.
We accept payments made in EUR. Any payment received in a currency other than the one you have chosen will be converted into the currency of Your Account at the exchange rate we choose. Likewise, any foreign exchange premium is your responsibility.
When payment is made by credit card, we may request a certified copy of the credit card (front and back). Please ensure that only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card are visible and that the CVV/CVV2 number on the back of the card is not visible either. The credit card you use must be in your name and cannot be in another person's name.
We do not accept cash directly or delivered to a payment solution provider.
6.2 Payments
When the outcome of a Game in which you participate is determined, or when we confirm the outcome of an event, any winnings will be made available to you in Your Account.
If we mistakenly credit Your Account with winnings that do not belong to you, for whatever reason, they will be removed from Your Account. If you have withdrawn such winnings before we become aware of the error, you must notify us immediately and you will be required to pay them back. If you fail to do so, we will take all legal steps available to us to recover this debt.
The minimum deposit and withdrawal limits for ETH block chain is 0.01ETH. Also note that its not possible to be able to merge ETH transactions below our minimum processing limit into one transaction to be able to reach the minimum amount of 0.01ETH that can subsequently be processed. All deposits below 0.01ETH will be considered as lost and recovery won't be possible.
Among all Ethereum tokens, we accept only ERC-20 (USDTE) and TRC20(USDT). Other types of tokens based on Ethereum are not supported. So ETH transactions for example from Binance Smart Chain (BSC) are not accepted and funds will be lost.
6.3 Withdrawals
You may withdraw any amount up to the available balance in Your Account by issuing a valid Withdrawal Notice. Withdrawal Notices must be made on the Site only.
If you wish to withdraw all of your funds, you must first cancel all outstanding wagers.
You agree that the funds in Your Account will only be used to play the Games offered on the Site. If you request a withdrawal without returning an amount equal to or greater than the amount deposited, we may require you to return all or part of the previous deposit(s) and/or charge a fee on the requested withdrawal. These actions will be taken in accordance with our internal security processes and procedures. We may reject a withdrawal request if we suspect that funds are being withdrawn for fraudulent or money laundering reasons.
Before accepting a withdrawal, we may ask you to provide legal identification, such as certified copies of passports, ID cards or any other documents we deem necessary under the circumstances. We may also conduct a telephone verification, facial verification or other verification necessary to ensure that you are who you claim to be.
Where the withdrawal is to be made by credit card, we may request a certified copy of the credit card (front and back). Please ensure that only the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card are visible and that the CVV/CVV2 number on the back of the card is not visible either. The credit card you use must be in your name and cannot be in another person's name.
All withdrawals must be made by the same payment method you chose at the time of deposit, unless we decide otherwise or are unable to do so. If you make a deposit using more than one payment method, we reserve the right to split your withdrawal among those payment methods and process each portion through the respective payment method, at our discretion and in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulations.
As a player You may withdraw all your funds anytime from the Website but www.letsjackpot.co.uk reserves the right to limit player withdraws to a maximum amount of €5,000 per day and €10,000 per week and €30,000 in a calendar month, unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.
The Minimum amount of Withdrawal You may make depends on the method used and can be found in Cashier
LetsJackpot will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of €1,000 and also reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.
We may ask you to redirect your withdrawal, cancel your withdrawal, or request that your withdrawal be redirected to a different withdrawal method, in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and/or regulations.
Cancellation of a withdrawal (whether made by you or by us) does not entitle you to any compensation if you choose to gamble with the funds in Your Account before the withdrawal is made.
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee if you make more than 25 approved withdrawal/payment requests in one (1) calendar month. The reasonable administrative fee will be 2% of the transaction value, but not less than €5 or the foreign currency equivalent. It will be charged on each withdrawal after the 25th withdrawal in each given month.
Further information on withdrawal methods is available on the "Withdrawal" pages of the Site. The methods available to you, average processing times and applicable service fees may change.
Withdrawals to debit cards are not possible at the moment, bank transfer is an alternative.
In the unlikely event of a player realizing a transaction (deposit or withdrawal) in any crypto currency funds to another crypto currency network address (such as but not limited to: sending or withdrawing BTC to BCH address). LetsJackpot will not attempt to recover the amount.
6.4 Chargebacks
If a chargeback on a card or deposit method You have used is requested by the payment method provider, We may take the following actions:
- We may block Your Account;
- We may take any action that the law permits us to take like presenting your documents to your bank to challenge any fraudulent chargebacks;
- A chargeback notice may be issued and sent to You, using Your Registration Data;
- We will use the same payment method you chose when you made a deposit to process the chargeback;
- If we are unable to confirm your identity and the payment method used to credit the account in question, we will send two reminder emails and these will be subject to a reasonable administrative fee of fifty €50 each or the equivalent in foreign currency, deducted from the funds in Your Account that are not related to the chargeback.
Your Account balance may become negative in the event of a chargeback.
7. Inactive Accounts
7.1 An inactive Account is an Account that has not been accessed or logged into for an uninterrupted period of 12 months.
7.2 When Your Account becomes inactive, we will contact You by email 30 days before Your Account becomes inactive to inform You of the consequences of this. No charge will be made
7.3 If you log in after we have started charging administrative fees to Your Account, we will stop charging administrative fees to Your Account. You may also request a full refund of the administrative fee charged to that point by contacting support. The period of inactivity will begin again from your last login date.
We reserve the right to close inactive accounts with zero real money balance at our own discretion.
8. Bonuses
8.1 Any bonus is available only once per person, email address, credit card number, bank account and/or telephone number, computer/device and/or IP address.
8.1.1 The player CAN NOT withdraw the bonus money.
8.1.2 We reserve the right to request proof of your identity, age and origin of funds at any time, prior to crediting your account with a bonus
8.2 Any "welcome" bonus is only available to new customers who open an account on the Site and who have never previously held an account on the Site, who have never received a welcome offer of any kind, and who are invited to participate in a welcome offer by virtue of it being specifically offered to them upon registration on the Site.
8.3 Certain bonuses must be manually activated by you in Your Account. Unless otherwise specified, you may do so after logging into Your Account and depositing the amount required to access the bonus. These bonuses can only be activated when real money is available in your account. If you play with any of your deposited funds before claiming the bonus, the lost funds cannot be used to activate the bonus.
8.4 The bonus amount will be placed in a Bonus Balance and will be kept separate from your Cash Balance. When you claim a bonus, your real money, the bonus and any winnings from it will remain as a bonus, subject to restrictions, and may not be withdrawn or wagered on other products until the wagering requirements are met. Your balance will not be available again until the Wagering Requirements have been met, i.e. when the amount of your Bonus Balance related to the active bonus is transferred to your Cash Balance.
8.5 All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met within a certain period of time before potential winnings and/or bonuses can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement for a bonus is the total amount of wagers you must place before the bonus and accumulated winnings are transferred to your Cash Balance and can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements for each bonus are defined in the specific bonus terms and conditions and will be expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, or the bonus plus the deposit amount, with a time limit before that amount must be wagered. Failure to meet the wagering requirements and/or forfeiture of an active Bonus for any reason may result in forfeiture of all winnings earned throughout the Bonus wagering process. Any attempt to withdraw funds or cash out wagers placed prior to the full completion of the Bonus wagering requirements, may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and all winnings earned. Bets on the System do not count towards wagering requirements.
8.6 Any evidence or reasonable suspicion that specific bets have been placed on a Game (i.e. proportional bets on different outcomes of the same hand to create "action") without risk will not be counted towards the wagering requirement. Examples of risk-free bets include betting on both red and black in Roulette, and betting on both the Player and Banker in Baccarat. If you are found to be colluding with other players, for example, one person betting on the Player and the other on the Banker, your bets will be void, your account will be closed and any deposits you have made may be forfeited.
8.7 Where a Bonus is capable (for example due to improved odds) of giving you guaranteed or increased odds of winning, regardless of the outcome; and we have evidence or reasonable suspicion that you have placed a bet or multiple bets (either alone or as part of a group of players), then we may withdraw the Bonus and any winnings you have earned while wagering on the Bonus and we may also close Your Account and withhold any funds remaining in Your Account at our absolute discretion.
8.8 If you cancel the Bonus, you will forfeit the Bonus and any winnings generated by the Bonus. Details on applicable restrictions can be found in the specific terms of the promotion.
8.9 We have the right to deny a player a Bonus or we may modify the Bonus (including cancelling it), if we believe that:
- the Bonus is being abused (our definition of abuse includes, but is not limited to, a player using promotional offers without ever risking their own funds);
- Technical problems have occurred in connection with the bonus;
- the bonus cannot, for any reason, be completed as planned.
8.10 We offer promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or remove a player's access to these games if we suspect abuse of this offer and also, if we deem it necessary, to close the offender's account with immediate effect. In the event that an offender's account is closed, we will not be obligated to refund any losses incurred by a player on the games or to refund any balances on the player's account. "Abuse" includes, but is not limited to, using software and/or opening multiple accounts in order to gain an unfair advantage on a Bonus. In all cases of abuse, we reserve the right to withhold all winnings and any remaining balance in Your Account.
Therefore: If we find that a bonus is being abused and/or the bonus requirements are not being met, we may take the following actions against violators:
- Revoke and/or cancel all bonuses and bonus winnings that we deem to have been redeemed through misuse of the system; and/or
- Players who abuse bonus offers may be barred from accessing further bonuses; and/or Abusive players' accounts may be terminated.
A list of what may be considered abuse may include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Use of more than one account,
- Betting at even, zero or low margins (odds under 1.5),
- Placing bets in excess of the maximum wagering allowed when an active bonus is €5 per spin or €0.50 per line (or the monetary equivalent),
- Betting bonuses on excluded games,
- Aiding and abetting,
- Software manipulation, exploitation of loopholes or other forms of technical abuse, or any other behavior that amounts to deliberate cheating,
- IP address masking or use of a VPN.
8.11 All bonuses are intended for recreational players and/or as tokens of appreciation for our customers and we therefore reserve the right to restrict eligibility for participation in all or part of a bonus.
8.12 The maximum allowable withdrawal amount of winnings from a bonus or free spins/bonus offer before a deposit has been made is €100 or the equivalent in the currency of your account.
8.13 Unless otherwise stated on the bonus landing pages, all Casino Bonuses are subject to a maximum wagering restriction of €5 per game round or €0.50 per line (or currency equivalent) and failure to comply with this maximum wagering requirement may result in the account being closed and the loss of the Bonus and any winnings obtained during the course of the Bonus wagering.
8.14 Bonus availability and usability may apply to certain markets. If a particular bonus is claimed from one of these markets, LetsJackpot reserves the right to void any winnings associated with that bonus. The restrictions may change from time to time at the discretion of LetsJackpot. The following markets are excluded from receiving and/or using any type of bonus: Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Netherlands, The Netherland Antilles, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, The United Kingdom, U.S.A.
8.15 Irregular Play
At any time, we may decide to review all records and game transactions and/or monitor your use of any bonuses or bonuses. If Irregular Play is suspected, we reserve the right to disqualify You from any Free Spins/Bonus or Bonus promotion and/or withhold all deposits and/or winnings and/or close Your Account. Irregular play is considered bonus abuse and is not permitted on the Site. Irregular play may include (but is not limited to) low margin bets, even money bets, zero risk bets or hedge bets. Such wagers are considered Irregular Gaming when made for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, in addition, the following types of games are considered Irregular Gaming:
- increasing the balance and then significantly altering Your game pattern (wager, game type, wagering structure or other wagering pattern) to fulfill the wagering requirements of any Bonus ;
- using a wagering system or placing even money wagers on a game of chance, and/or
- using the "Double" or wagering feature in a game to increase the value of winnings;
- increasing your balance after placing high value bets and then placing bets of less than half the value of the previous bet, in order to meet the bonus wagering requirements;
- Wagering on games that do not contribute to the wagering requirements or on games that have a 0% wagering weight, as specified in the specific terms of the bonus landing page;
- Wagering on games with a bonus to accumulate value, losing the bonus and then cashing out the accumulated value with a secondary deposit.
While wagering the bonus, bets contribute to the wagering requirement as follows: 100% on Slots, 100% on Sports Bets with odds over 1.5, 10% on Table Games, 10% on Live Dealer games, and 0% on Instant Win or Crash games.
9. Cashback
9.1 Players must activate the Cashback in the Rewards section to be eligible.
9.2 Cashback is based on net gaming losses.
9.3 Cashback is awarded in tiers:
- Below €250: 2.5% Cashback
- €250 - €750: 5% Cashback
- Above €750: 10% Cashback
9.4 Only bets placed and settled between Monday 00:00 CET and Sunday 23:59 CET count towards the offer.
9.5 Cashback can be redeemed every Thursday between 11:00 CET and 15:00 CET.
9.6 Minimum Cashback that can be redeemed is €1.
9.7 The maximum available Cashback per week is €1,000.
9.8 Cashback is credited as a bonus with a x1 wagering requirement before withdrawal.
9.9 Only real money wagers qualify for cashback; bets placed with bonus funds do not count towards the offer.
9.10 Canceled, annulled, or void bets are excluded from the offer.
9.11 Accounts closed or self-excluded during the promotion period are not eligible for the offer.
9.12 The casino can change or cancel the promotion at any time.
